Simulation of scara robot in an assembly line using Autodesk Inventor.
Designing the layout for an assembly line to perform a given task through the simulation of four-DOF Scara robot. It will help to optimize a processing time by understanding the sequence of an assembly line.

The arm is modelled in software by adapting the structure and constraints as like human arm. Finally, the process brings new challenges for verification & validation by FEA using the constraints of the human arm is studied.

Smart & Effortless method for replacing a busted wheel.
A prototype was developed to reduce the human efforts while unscrewing the busted wheel and replacing it with spare-wheel.
